The college reserves the right to gauge the offence commited to determine whether it is minor, major or criminal so as to act accordingly. (i) Minor offences (a) First instance of lateness. (b) Absence without permission from compulsory college activity. (c) Mishandling College property (d) Disrespect (e) Neglect of duty (f) Telling lies (g) Untidiness (h) Indecency (ii) Major offences (a) Repeated minor offence after caution has been given. (ii) Willful damage to college property. (iii) Sexual immorality. (iv) Drunkenness, possession or conveyance of psychotropic drugs. (v) Fighting and creating disorder. (vi) Incitement. (vii) Misuse of laptops and mobile phones within the college. (viii) Disregarding College authority. (iii) Criminal offences As is described in the penal code of Kenya such as: (i) Any form of theft. (ii) Taking psychotropic drugs. (iii) Assault. (iv) Impersonation. (v) Willful utterance of false information. (vi) Dishonoring the National flag of Kenya. (vii) Presenting fake KNEC certificate. (viii) Forgery
